How to Order Online with Pac le Mond
Did you know you can order quickly and easily through our website?
- It’s faster and easier – no need for emails or calls.
- See your recent order history to easily reorder relevant products.
- Avoid miscommunication or incorrect product selection.
- Peace of mind that your order has been received and will be processed in time for the next available delivery.
- Check stock availability before ordering.
Follow these steps to get started:
Step 1: Register or Request an Account
If you are a new customer (never placed an order):
- Click ‘Register’ in the top-left corner.
- Fill in your details. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*), then click ‘Register’.
- A ‘Registration Pending’ message will appear. Your account will be activated within 24 hours.
- You will receive an email confirming your registration request.
- When your account is activated (usually within one business day), you will receive another confirmation email.
If you are an existing customer:
- Request your online account details by:
- Emailing: team@paclemond.com.au
- Calling: 6260 2232
- Texting: 0439 916 044
- We will provide you with login details either by phone or email.
Step 2: Logging In and Ordering
Once your account is active:
- Visit www.paclemond.com.au and click ‘Login’ in the top-left corner.
- Enter your provided login details, then click ‘Login’.
- The ‘My Account’ screen appears. To start ordering, either:
- Click ‘Home’ (top-left corner) to browse products by type, or
- Use the search bar (top-right corner) to locate specific products.
- Enter the quantity required and click ‘Add to Cart’.
- Click ‘Continue Shopping’ to add more items, or ‘Checkout’ to complete your order.
- Select your preferred delivery date. Orders placed before 8am will arrive the same day by default (delivery times and costs may vary in rural areas; contact us at 6260 2232, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, to confirm).
- Default payment is ‘Charge to Account’. Leave ‘Purchase Order No’ blank unless previously arranged.
- Check your order details, add any comments (e.g., specific delivery instructions), and click ‘Confirm Order’.
- A ‘Checkout Success’ message will appear.
- You will receive an order confirmation email shortly.
- To view past orders, click ‘My Account’ (top-left) and select ‘View my Orders’.
Your order history will display all past purchases.
